Story unlocks, certificates and gifts can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — just email info@bornplace.app with the address you paid with. No forms, no interrogation.

Something broken?

If a link doesn’t open, a certificate won’t download, or a gift didn’t arrive, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund it — whichever you prefer, at any time.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, who handled your payment. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, that purchase’s access link and certificate stop opening.
